Bringing boxes of smiles to teachers everywhere, Smilebox, Inc. launched its Teacher's Toolbox program during Teacher Appreciation Week, May 5th through 9th. This year, Smilebox will be offering free year-long trials of Teacher’s Toolbox to qualified teachers, who will no doubt become absorbed in multimedia designs and creative ideas for digital classroom communications.
"Good communication between teachers and parents is essential. We're pleased to help make their job a little easier by offering teachers a creative, safe and free way to share classroom activities and information with their students and parents through photos, videos, words and music in multimedia designs," said Smilebox founder and CEO Andrew Wright.
By simply dragging and dropping their personal music, photos and videos into professionally designed templates (digital newsletters, school-themed scrapbooks, fieldtrip photobooks, school mascot/logo customizable slideshows as well as student content such as multimedia autobiographies and storybooks), teachers can make projects and share them via email, post to a blog for private or public viewing or print without any ads.
"Smilebox provides teachers with a safe option to share personal media with students' families by delivering multimedia creations directly to the parents email inbox from the teachers' familiar email address," added Wright.
